CORMA contributes to the development of forestry businesses between countries with their International Fair Forest, Pulp and Paper, EXPOCORMA.

Carried out since 1987 in the Biobío Region, this fair seeks to build a space for generating new ties and strengthening existing ones between wood, pulp and paper companies, professionals and workers from all over the world. Over time, EXPOCORMA has become the main business center in the forestry sector, where technology, machinery, goods and services for the forestry sector are displayed.

According to CORMA's analysis, around 20 thousand people take part in this event, of which 53% are "forestry professionals", 20% "forest companies managers", 17% forestry entrepreneurs and 8% "professionals from other fields".

In 2013, there were over 365 exhibitors from 32 countries. Their aim was to promote their products (90%), sell their products (80%), introduce new products (56%), and search for a representative (33%). Likewise, business at EXPOCORMA generates $US 120 million dollars.
